About Ingrid

I am a bilingual therapist fluent in English and Spanish. I graduated from Fordham University and attended a postgraduate training in couples and family therapy at the Ackerman Institute for the Family.

I have over 15 years of experience working in diverse clinical settings: adults, teens and families who have been impacted by major life changes, loss and trauma. As an attuned and empathic clinician I use a holistic approach. Our work together will focus on supporting and empowering you to move through any transition and or traumatic event with understanding, compassion, healing and growth.

As a trained individual and family therapist I will help facilitate an open dialogue to adjust patterns of communication that no longer serve you. I use a variety of interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Psychoeducation and more in order to enhance your awareness in life.

I am inspired by the resilience and strength of my clients. As an attuned and empathic clinician I use a holistic approach that will focus on your empowerment with understanding, compassion, healing, and growth. I encourage you to reach out so I can support you in your journey to achieving your goals.
